When you get excited about something for the first time, be it an invention, love, achievement or whatever. That feeling comes like a puppy into your arms waving its tail happily, and you are both excited about each other. It feels like there is nothing else in the world other than the two of you.

The word “Wagtail” in the song can be anything in the listener’s imagination, some dear thing that could never been achieved or has been lost.

A wagtail is a bird too. This clever black and white bird is cheerful and beloved for his cheeky and bold nature. They are unafraid of people.

However, sometimes things and dreams don’t work out and it’s hard to accept. Life is all about continuous change. Letting go is difficult, but as soon as we cease our attempts to control the situation we are living in, we open up ourselves to new possibilities.

Life moves on and so should we... Let it go, the world is full of tail-waggers!
