Lugo band wanted to learn this song for gigs. We play it closer to the original because it rocks!!  I've found the best way to learn a song is to absorb it and make it your own. I like it slowed down.  Kurt was admired by his honesty even when it was the ugly truth. At the end of the day he didn't write to impress he wrote to cope. I can relate.
