On 23rd September 2014, I met up with Zeek at lap sap studios, which is an extension of An Eminent Takeover at Eminent Plaza. On the way in, I heard zeek playing the intro riff and I thought it sounded pretty cool. We arranged the riffs together. Then, coincidentally, Dale came in as we were arranging and messed around with the time signatures on drums. After that we took a break, bought coffee from Lavender Food Square, played pool and then went back into the studio space to practice this again. I pressed the record button right before we started. 

Though its not much, this recording captures an example of one of our songwriting process. Our ideas usually started out pretty basic and we'd swap instruments during the songwriting. The track is far from complete and we can't tell if its going to be recognisable in its final form.

ANECHOIS was named Best Band of 2012 by JUICE Singapore and received a VIMA nomination for Best Instrumental/World Song for ‘The Moon and the Sun’ off their debut EP.
