AnExitStrategy was born in February 2010 by Guitarist/Vocalist Jack Schouten and Producer/Keys player Alex Beswick.

The music blends hard hitting, guitar based rock with the soaring synths and hooks of Drum and Bass - a genre soup laden with catchy verses and massive choruses.

Based in UK musical hub Guildford, the band began playing to excited audiences around the area who didn't know whether to dance or mosh. Supporting the likes of Imperial Leisure and Subsource in venues such as the Lexington Islington and the Boileroom Guildford. Among supporting rock and ska bands, AnExitStrategy have supported dubstep/brass duo Jazzsteppa and European dubstep producer Son of Kick.

AnExitStrategy's music has evolved - releasing their second official single 'Time and Vice Versa' in october 2012, a more melodic sound has risen from the bands rock and metal roots. joined by drummer Sim Cracknell and bassist Mikey Thomas, this Autumn AnExitStrategy will release three brand new songs peppered with hooks and pounding melodies.
