Angel(aka Hippy Killer)-Started playing music from the age of 4. With years of playing different instruments such as violin,piano,guitar,drums,double bass and synths and being involved in several different music scenes and genres either playing or organizing shows.He started his Dj career at the age of 20 and came to Vancouver in the spring of 94 from London,UK. The first thing he did when coming to Canada was throw a party. Genesis, over the top sound system and casual vibe early goa trance rave. The tempo was set for many parties to come... Chris organix and Angel immediately became friends... With the laidback attidude they both share, Organix was born. With the first investment in a small soundsystem and the start of many parties with Green Om, Organix was on a mission of Psy Trance in Vancouver. The goal became quite clear... With Chris getting more involved in the club scene, the two were trying to create a balance between the club and party scene. To somehow almagamate the two. To throw a club night with the same vibe as a an underground party. With the help of a few Japanese friends (Solstice Productions), some good weather, a dedicated crowd, stubborn promotions and the help of some good friends (Mr. Hooper!) things really began to take off. Over the years, people have come and gone, the sound system keeps getting bigger (holy crap 18K!), and heavier, Angel and Chris still do there thing...With well over 2000 live shows and having shared the stage with artists such as Eskimo,Infected mushroom,shakta,Astral projection,Madd Max,Hullucinogen,etc then this man knows how to fill a dance floor....Angel's style is dark and twisted, full on psytrance night stormers..Also over time Producing music also became a passion and finally after many years in the closet and un sure which direction his music would go in he started a project "Hippy Killer"..Having so many different styles of music which influenced him it was decided to just do that and write what ever styles and not limit himself to come up with psytrance,soul,funk,jazz,dubstep,hip hop,rock,electro,etc and try mix these styles togeather to create something new and familiar.
