El electro que ensaya Wachita China como productor surge de la posibilidad infinita de intertextualidad que habilita el sampleo. Aislar voces, bajos o beats, -en suma, citar y recomponer tracks de otrxs- es la operación que caracteriza a sus producciones, en las cuales  iguala hip hop hitero, con ghetto subterráneo o recientemente voces latinas del trap o del funky carioca. Sólo incluye sonidos que lo identifican sin pensar necesariamente en su carga histórica sino más como termómetro que evalúa lo que está pasando en las urbes.  El rework es para él ya un modo de existencia, y este dj set borra las fronteras entre lo propio y lo de lxs demás. Este mix incorpora tracks que podríamos encontrar en el catálogo de International chrome, clásicos como el sample de C´hantal - the realm, producciones propias y edits que mantienen altas velocidades, con notas sexuales y diversión autorreferencial.

Aachen based DJ Durstlöscher (she/her) is mostly known as a member of the tba.info collective, which has established itself in the scene by its unhinged and genre-defying parties. For this week's mix, she is combining her two biggest loves, UK Bass-inspired IDM and Jungle with fun, ravey hardcore.   
As a kid raised by the internet, her focus lies on extensive digging, wether it may be obscure releases from the depths of bandcamp or pre-loved gabber plates from the 90s. With a diverse selection ranging from 130-170 BPM, she wants to show that hardcore in no way has to be simple-minded or dumb, blessing us with this high energy set and bringing her fun behind the decks straight to your living room/kitchen/lovebed.
