Sofia-based producer LATE returns to Amek with his first full-length album “Far North Eleven”. “Kharon”, the first single off the release, which we’re sharing today at Zenevloed, perfectly showcases the artist’s signature take on industrial-leaning downtempo with influences ranging from ambient to noise and UK bass music. 

“Far North Eleven” will be released on tape & digital by Amek Collective in early June. It is not only a long-anticipated return of the producer but a huge leap forward in his constantly evolving, powerful electronic sound.

Floating somewhere between dusty air, memories of moving in space and time, heterotopias of matter and scattering atmosphere.
A pulsating composition, that unravels loops made using handmade synthesizers and no input feedback mixing along with masked and drifting minor-key tone clusters over which various field recording continuums unfold.
