EDM Dance Track In A Minor

My classmates and I did this cover of the song, "Bring Me To Life" by Evanescence for our studio recording class. From a vocal stand point, it was a hard song to sing. But, my classmates and I had fun doing this overall. We all contributed to it. The recording sessions were hard work, overwhelming, easy going, but most of all they were fun.

I decided to try and compose something dark and scorey... i found an industrial drum loop on looperman.com and thought i would use it and my instructor let me use his Roland SH201 synthesizer, which was fun to play with. i'm quite happy with this track and It turned out great. maybe scoring video games could be in my future... who knows.  Anyway, enjoy. 

Dark Track In A Minor

I wrote this song in a matter of 10 minutes or less. It is short. It was intended to be a music cue for a video but, it can also be used in a scene in a video game.  I used a Nord Lead 2 synthesizer for all of the synth parts and an industrial drum loop which i found on looperman.com. So, the credit for the drum loop goes to the person who created it. Enjoy!

Horror Scene

My capstone project for my audio mixing and portfolio class consisted of a voice over demo. I decided to do a bilingual version of Apple's Think different commercial. I was the voice talent as well as the composer for the music bed in the background.
