AngieLovely, Louisiana native, singer, songwriter, and musician regards music as therapy or her "Medication and Makeup.”  The songstress began her journey in the performing arts at the age of 8, singing in the Mt. Olive Baptist Church choir of Baton Rouge, writing poetry, and playing the violin to inoculate and mask feelings of inferiority & inadequacy.  Soon after, Lovely became a member of the Anointed 3, a gospel trio that began in middle school, co-writing original songs with Altina R. Scott, and Shawnna D. Scott. 

Lovely has collaborated with producers and artists from around Louisiana as a solo artist, having worked with James “Tubby” Keys, Rushad “Soul” Fleming, Jermaine "TJ" Grant, Jermyn “Big” Poole, Tyree Neal of the Neal family, Shannon "Young King" Bailey, Druski the Rapper, and the list continues to grow.

From Phyllis Hyman and Phil Collins to Frankie Beverly featuring Maze and Creedence Clearwater Revival, the multifaceted woman endeavors in the arts seeking to inspire future generations in articulating their soul's sound.  With vast musical knowledge & influence, her voice remains a constant, forcing listeners to see her artistry in the lyrics.  "Everybody has a story.  I'm ready to tell mine."
