Hailing from Derbyshire, Angry Grandad are a delightful, tray bake of extreme metal that will be sure to shatter your bowels. Fusing the technicality of progressive metal, with the extreme speed and harsh vocals of- well... extreme metal and an Ainsley sized pinch of something spicy.

With many a gig under their collective belts, performing in such towns/cities as Derby, Sheffield, Stockport, Manchester, Buxton, Salford (to name a few) Angry Grandad have broken free from the shackles of the care home and set forth to terrorise as many venues as possible. 

Influences include: Ihsahn/Emperor, Decapitated, Devin Townsend/Strapping Young Lad, Primus, Death, Atheist,(insert your favourite band here) and more!
