«Usually, it's hard for me to get a grip and record previously planned mixes or podcasts. At some point, the problem is excessive perfectionism, impostor syndrome, or the desire to collect "some better material". So it turned out that everything I posted online was live set recordings. This fragment of the June performance at the "Ganok" club in Lviv is no exception.

However, it has really become something special for me. The moment when I'm at last relaxed and completely dissolved in the music. How it happened, I still don't understand. Perhaps because we, together with a team, are doing an important thing, holding weekly day parties since mid-May. Not only helping the Ukrainian Army but also gathering friends-artists from all over the country. Showing that there is not only war and misery around. But also hope for better.

And, definitely that I was in love at the time, projecting all those vivid emotions and happiness on the music. Later, in a week or two, I will tell one of my friends that I played for all the women in my life. Who I loved and somehow continue to love.

You won't find some ultra-digger stuff here. More likely a bunch of well-known and not so much, often forgotten, but no less exciting compositions. Including several popular records that I wanted to play at that very moment. Again, all this was improvisation, when sudden and unconscious desires were embodied on the fly. For example, mixing a conditionally new release of some artist with his old track.

The most important thing is that people around were enjoying the music and the calm sky overhead. They smiled, dreamed and gained much-needed strength for the everyday life of the war and our future victory, which surely will come. There is no other way».
