2016 In Voice Memos

Early 2018 I had a mental breakdown, I was cutting my wrists, face and most dangerously my stomach. Slowly I recovered. When you've been that low you're very weary of feeling that you're better again as you may be complacent. But I was playing with beats one day and then I could hear the birds singing outside and realised that I was back to the child I used to be. It's really a direct, live recording of coming out of a suicidal phase.
