This autumn, Casual Lab is celebrating its second birthday. Until now there were 5 vinyl releases and the tenth digital release created by label owner A.N.I.C.E. herself is about to follow. And this one is very melodic. "Hounds With Waggy Tails" is the revival of this year’s summer. Nicolas Duvoisin (Fantastic Friends Recordings) contributed his own interpretation of the song. This release is the perfect company for the upcoming cold season.

For the past nine years, Fenou is a sub-division of the renowned Mo`s Ferry Productions and is the epitome of a sophisticated taste somewhere between harmonious Electronica sound and swinging Minimal-Electro. Now, "Fenou Bouquet Vol. 3" compiled by Douglas Greed appears as another exciting showcase on the small but nice Fenou-Rooster and show some new artists who have found their way there!
Founded in 2005, Fenou has soon become a home for hip acts like Kadebostan, Sebastian Russell, Lake Powel, Mooryc, Schlepp Geist and Benotmane and of course producer and label owner Niklas Worgt with all of its projects, such as Dapayk solo, Dapayk & Padberg, and many other who have been established themselves in the international club scene. With the new part of the label compilation "Fenou Bouquet", the series now enters the third round.
"Fenou Bouquet Vol. 3" is compiled by none other than Douglas Greed. The Compilation shows an eclectic track selection and a wide-ranging overview of new developments and upcoming releases of the music of Berlin’s underground. After Marcel Knopf and Dapayk solo Jena based Turntable Rocker proves his knack for this very special kind of "Cute Minimal Electronica" which Fenou devotes itself to.
The first two compilations were a well balanced mix of new exclusive material and older pieces of the label catalog. On "Fenou Bouquet Vol. 3" almost every track is entirely new and largely exclusive. This compilation by Douglas Greed reflects all the stylistic preferences of the bustling DJ and Producer, who has already released on labels like Infiné, Gigolo, Kindisch, Lebensfreude, Acker, Freude am Tanzen or Bpitch Control.
"Fenou Bouquet" bears Douglas' distinct mark: starting from clubby-driving electronica tunes by Jon Donson, Einzelkind, Sebastian Russell, to housy-gentle moments of Schlepp Geist, Klute and An on Bast, followed by floating trance tracks by The Micronaut, Daniel Nitsch or Mollono.Bass to a trippy after-hour atmosphere by Deer and Clara Moto and closing with a slightly darkening track by Swimmingpool.

On its 4th release the label owner of Casual Lab presents her first ep. A.N.I.C.E. combined great vocals with a deep sound. Support by Mathias Kaden, Daniel Stefanik, Brothers Vibe, Matthew Dear, Salvatore Freda, Tim Green, David Durango,...

On her first ep A.N.I.C.E. composed a track which is deep and full of emotions. "Wait for me“ is the official wake-up call for all the daydreamers and dally fairies. Its marvelous vocals capture the listeners attention.  DJ Le Roi´s remix is more the „four to floor“  part of this ep. Because of the driving bassline not even the last foot will stand still. "The Dawn" is boosted by percussion elements and vocals that can only be sung by fairies underline this emotional track.

With his new EP David Durango delivers a very melodic piece. It is dreamy and yet driving. David has his unique sound which enchants the listeners and takes them on a musical journey. It takes you away and makes your mind float freely. Two additional remixes of the main track “Bosphor” are released. Sin Tek gave this song his very own personal flavour. Moreover, A.N.I.C.E. and Max Farlane collaborated and reinterpreted the song in a totally new way. It sounds frisky, somehow screwy, excited but still smooth.

A.N.I.C.E. embodies her love for club music in an individual sound of indie dance and melodic techno. She is guided by her experience as well as spontaneity. Her tracks are strong, authentic and characterized by a multifaceted depth. For more than 20 years she has been living this passion in the Berlin club jungle and has since 2010 with the monthly Casual Friday, her residency at Süss. War Gestern. With her own imprint Casual Lab, she has also created a foundation for her artistic ideas to collaborate with the people who share your passion.

Seit mehr als 15 Jahren repräsentiert A.N.I.C.E im Clubdschungel Berlins mit akribischer Liebe zum Detail alle Facetten von House-Musik. In ihren sorgfältig vorbereiteten und präzise vorgetragenen Sets manifestiert sich ihre Leidenschaft für Clubmusik mit viel Seele. Mit ihrem eigenen Imprint Casual Lab hat sie zudem ein Fundament für ihre künstlerischen Idee geschaffen, um mit den Leuten zu kollaborieren, die ihre Passion teilen.

A.N.I.C.E. is representing all kinds of house music for more than 15 years now - right from the heart of Berlin's pulsating club scene and with lots of attention to detail. Carefully prepared and precisely presented Dj sets mark her passion for a certain soulful sound. She is also succesfully running her own imprint Casual Lab as a base to collaborate with different artists who share her musical idea.
