Boom Festival for me has always be such an incredible place for transformation. I have attended the event every 2 years since 2008 and every single time I under go a life and career change. 2010 i played in the Iboga BOOM bar, 2012 I was lucky enough to play an impromptu  5hours at the Alchemy Circle on a Wednesday afternoon " this changed my life". This year I was honoured to be offered 3 hours on the Sunday afternoon one set before the close. 

How does one prepare for a set of this magnitude???.....Especially after the people of BOOMs ears and minds have been exploring the infinite possibility of the psychedelic realms for close to 7 days. Although it proved to be somewhat of a challenge it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my DJing career so far. Thanks to Manu & Artur for enabling this. 

To all the BOOMers thank you for dancing and all the wonderful feedback and support it means so much to hear your stories from the dance floor. Please enjoy part 2 of the mix the last couple of tracks are not there due to the sound desk being fried.

'Your Subconscious' is precisely the place you don't want a surging, Kaiserdisco-assisted techno thriller to nestle, with a riff telling you to get out of the water and a synth line trebling the terror.

'Ipnosi' rises from watery depths to become a problem-causing techno monument, loop control staying calm under escalating pressure. 
'Raw Feeling' is all in the title: a classic techno model, loaded with a boundless sequence of filtered stabs and piston perfect beats stamped with a Detroit postmark.

The musical project " Animals In Cage " was born from the improbable encounter of two personalities so contradictory as complementary.

Julien-aka the clamps - is a producer of talent. He spends most of his time locked in his studio. His main satisfaction is creation, his pieces are played in every corner of the world.

Kim - aka Skimfish travels the world, to raves and festivals since the age of 15 years, knows dance floors and handles them with Subtlety. He can uplift emotion &amp; rhythm into that perfect symbiosis that makes a DJ a great DJ.

When both friends find themselves in the studio, one brings his knowledge of the dance floor and the other his incredible technique, as the Yin and the Yang.

So far they have featured tracks on Labels such as IAMT, Rabies records, Inlab underground and others. They have played along side names such as UMEK, Julian Jeweil, Marco Bailey and many more…

Le projet "Animals In Cage" est né de la rencontre improbable de deux personnalités aussi contradictoires que complémentaires.

Julien - aka The Clamps - est un producteur de talent. Il passe la plupart de son temps enfermé dans son studio. Il fuit les soirées et le public et sa seule satisfaction est la création, ses morceaux sont joués aux quatre coins du monde.

Kim - aka Skimfish - parcourt le monde, les raves et les festivals depuis l'âge de 15 ans. Il connait les dancefloors et les manie avec agilité. Il sait faire monter l'émotion et le rythme dans une symbiose parfaite, de celle qui font d'un Dj un bon Dj.

Quand les deux amis se retrouvent en studio, l'un apporte sa connaissance du dancefloor et l'autre sa technique, un peu comme l'ombre et la lumière, le yin et le yang .

Jusqu'ici ils ont signé sur des labels tel que IAMT, Rabies records, Inlab Underground... Ils ont joué aux côtés de noms tel que Umek, Julian Jeweil, Marco Bailey et beaucoup d'autre...</a>
