This was a terrific and helpful interview. I love Anna's work after seeing her with the Black leopard Spirit.

I am absolutely in awe of Anna but even more the wisdom and truths she is sharing.  Truths that I know now have been present and dormant in me since I was a babe but have never given them voice.  This is the beginning of a journey for me and a new dimension - I am a life coach and a relationship coach but perhaps my path is our relationship with other species.

I find that my multifaith spiritual practice is helping me in this regard, and speaks to some of what you alluded to about having lost our innate abilities to relate to our natural environment. In particular, this passage seems relevant, and I hope will reinforece what you are saying and inspire further, for there is so much work to be done on this planet: "In the training in Steps to Knowledge, one of the main things you will learn and will have to reinforce over time is the ability to be still...What you are doing here in your training is reclaiming a fundamental skill, an inherent ability. When your ancient ancestors lived, vulnerable, in the natural environment, they had to use this skill a great deal. They were in dynamic relationship with their environment, and they had to rely upon their senses and their insights to gauge where they were and what was going to happen next."
