Learnt and applied smooth transitioning between bars and applying 2 bar method where there's a change in the track every 2 bars.

you are looking at an image of a woman in a detective costume reading some material and listening to "lofi hip hop music to listen to while studying/concentrating/chilling"

To create this, I created a custom kick using the regular sampled kick, a sine wave generator and a gate with adequate hold and release. And there's an alternate hat which is the same sample but with reduced gain and a low pass filter applied just a tiny bit so that it sounds like it's the downbeat.
And then in the middle the vibe kinda changes as I change the mode of the scale. Middle is also where I replace one of the hats into a snare and add clap

Complex EQing for almost all tracks. Finally made use of multiband effects where only high frequencies are auto panned and have a mild reverb. EQing gave a better understanding of perceived loudness vs actual loudness. Better understanding of Ableton Simpler with understanding the ability of loop feature, and decay of a sample.

Used premade loops for percussion elements. Used 2 LFOs with different parameters to change the frequency and gate of the arpeggiator respectively. Used the free Helm for synth.

Exported tracks from Ableton into Reaper for mixing and mastering. 

Mastering is just a limiter and compressor.
