DJ - PRODUCER

Born in the city of Jujuy and established in Cordoba Argentina, from the age of very small was attracted and influenced by fine electronic sounds and atmospheric, taking as icons great artists of the global progressive house like Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo, Jhon Digweed, Guy Mantzur, Cid Inc, Kevin Di Serna, among others.

His sets and productions are loaded with energy, grooves & incredible atmospheres, creating a homogeneous and natural line within the development of his works generating excellent moments.

One of the amazing things about the deeply Jamaican music called Dub is its ability to act as a conduit. From its early days as stripped down versioning of popular Reggae tunes to its indoctrination into late 80 / early 90s UK Soundsystem & Dance Music culture, to its current massive mutation (with the “Step” planted firmly in its behind); Dub has shown itself to be not only a musical art form that stands strongly on its own, but also a vehicle of sorts that can transport and connect disparate musical universes. And it’s at the unique nexus of Dub and Arabic music that the Spy From Cairo sits the most comfortably. 

The Spy From Cairo aka Zeb is the kind of musician that fits perfectly in with the downtown NYC music scene – Italian by birth, Gypsy by heritage, and Brooklynite by residence, he has been closely associated with the Turntables on the Hudson scene for close to 12 years – producing dozens of albums as Zeb, the Spy From Cairo and the Organic Grooves project, as well as remixing for everyone from Baba Maal to Tosca to Billie Holliday to Novalima, steadily garnering a worldwide collective of fans and followers 

The Spy’s new album, “Arabadub” is perhaps his most realized vision of deep Middle Eastern and Jamaican sounds coalescing into something that sounds right and natural – because it was conceived and produced in just that natural way. There are no samples used on the album, and Zeb has programmed everything, as well as playing traditional Middle Eastern stringed instruments called the Oud, Chifteli and the Saz himself. Check the opener “Alladin Dub”, with its echoed out skanks, pulsing bassline, and majestic strings – and the deepness that is “Taksim Square”, complete with swirling, psychedelic accordion. Other highlights include the tense four-to-the-floor stomper “Desert Tears”, the rolling dub of “Sons of Hannibal” with it’s beautiful Middle Eastern vocal chants, the nostalgic “Egyptian Pulse” with its Steppers sound and melancholy vibes, and the dancehall vibes of “Prince Ahmed” – sounding like 3AM Kingston wrapped in a Bedouin Tent!

Spirited emotion is the protagonist in Jonas Saalbach’s brand of electronic dance music. Deeply uplifting and body-moving, he has released eps and long players with Einmusika, Bedrock and his own imprint Radikon. Hailing from a small town in southern Germany, Jonas moved to Berlin at a young age to pursue the dream of bringing his musical vision to the world stage. A decade later, he has performed at hundreds of locations on five continents, the world-renowned Burning Man and Fusion festivals and a cliff in the Norwegian fjords for a sensational back to back Cercle performance with Einmusik broadcasted to millions of viewers. As a producer, Jonas is exceptionally prolific. His sophisticated, hardware-based style gives unusual and particular sounds a new life, morphing them into timeless dancefloor anthems filled with emotion and percussive energy. In 2018, Jonas co-founded electronic music imprint Radikon as a platform for like-minded artists. Based at his studio in the historic Funkhaus complex in Berlin, Radikon has become a collaborative epicenter with 20 critically acclaimed releases in its first two years alone. Jonas’ energetic live performance and singular brand of melodic house and techno has enthralled listeners and club-goers around the globe. As a producer, DJ, live act and label owner, he will remain a driving force in electronic music for years to come.

Fade was born and raised in Lebanon.
The first time he got his hands on the mixer was in 2018. Ever since his skills improved he developed his unique groove and flow which is differentiating himself from other DJs.
He played alongside international DJs such as Sam Wolfe, NoNameLeft, Flanko, Murat Ugurlu, Karim AlKhayat, Vendex, Carbon, Bendtsen and Alan Murphy . 
He most recently started to put his ear for music into production.

Ethereal Techno label Steyoyoke has turned the heads of many since its launch in 2012 and with an ever growing caliber of artists to boast, it’s no surprise to see it acknowledged as a breakthrough label in the industry. Their talented team of DJ’s and producers have seen recognition from some of the industry's biggest heavyweights and much of this can be accredited to the label’s quality productions.

Steyoyoke Recordings was founded by passionate like-minded individuals, who as a group sustain the rare power of bringing together some of the finest music and art. Eye catching cover designs has always been synonymous with the label and more recently, the innovation of their very own music genre ‘Ethereal Techno’, has thrust both the Steyoyoke sound and branding.

Steyoyoke is dedicated and committed to discovering only the most forward thinking musicians. This enables the label to remain firmly planted in the underground scene, where they have the ideal environment to continually exceed any boundaries within the industry. Steyoyoke's mission is to create a nurtured music experience that really understands the heart and soul of good music and this is upheld by the label's vanguard approach and constant flow of new projects. In 2014 Steyoyoke Black was birthed from these very philosophies, paving way for Steyoyoke's first sub label, as well as forging a fresh avenue in welcoming the return of techno.

Looking ahead, the label is planning to bring you its most refined roster of artists yet. Gathering a repertoire of producers that they are proud to work with, the label couldn't be more excited to share with you its future projects and new found talent. The main roster consists of Soul Button, Dahu, BLANCAh, Nick Devon and MPathy.
