I recently facilitated a group for AMP's cAMP Unity (a songwriting camp for the members of Ateneo Musician's Pool) and this song was the Red Chameleons' song output. I'm extremely proud of my extra talented and bad ass Rogers so I wanted to produce the song. This is the first time I've ever produced anything on Logic Pro so I'm sorry in advance if you think it's not mixed well or some elements sound midi-fied. HEHE. I'll get better...eventually...

Last October 21-23 was my last CampUnity ever. 

Unfortunately I had an early morning interview on the 22 so I missed out on day 1. As a consequence, I was not able to join any group for the song writing exercises (AWWWW) BUT since I was super itching to write a song and on a creativity high, I hauled one of my favorite AMP musicians @joshbuizon and wrote a song with him.

Simula had one simple message: "Handa akong mag taya dahil minamahal kita."

It's been a few years since I wrote this song and to be honest, I still get fuzzy feelings inside every time I think of the love I was so willing to pour out.

This song was the one that started it all; it begged me to be heard, and slowly the other songs I've written followed suit. The next think I knew I was talking to producers, figuring out how I can finish an album and arranging a team to handle the album launch.

Took a lot for me to finish this song, ask people to record it with me, get turned down and after a while finally get it recorded and produced by Carlos Castano (thanks, Pare). Hope y'all like it. <3 I'd appreciate a few comments and suggestions though. :D
