A showcase of fresh talent from the global electronic scene, Anjunadeep’s Explorations series returns for its fourteenth instalment, this time curated by Tony McGuinness.

Kicking off the compilation is Russian DJ and producer Maxxim with an array of percussion and oriental samples in ‘Lagoona’.

Next up, Above & Beyond's Tony McGuinness presents his new project Fingerprint, bringing two new remixes to the EP courtesy of Mem Aleph. ‘Rye & Eggs (Mem Alpeh Dark Mix)’ features a deep driving bassline, whilst Mem Aleph’s remix of ‘Babydoll White’ leads with a mesmeric vocal and ambient countermelodies.  

Hailing from Colombia, Kamilo Sanclemente & Giovanny Aparicio collaborate on closing track ‘Aware’. The duo re-affirm their strong chemistry as producers combining organic sounds with a fast drumbeat.

Following the release of Spencer Brown & Qrion’s single ‘Rainy April’, Spencer now releases his latest offering ‘Blue Magic’ (feat. Danny Shamoun) as the second half of this double A-side package.

With releases on both Anjunadeep and Anjunabeats, Spencer has quickly become a globally-beloved artist. With an impressive portfolio of releases including two mixed albums, and his recent single with Above & Beyond’s Tony McGuinness ‘Santorini’, Spencer’s versatile productions have been supported by the likes of Calvin Harris, John Digweed, Yotto and Danny Howard at BBC Radio 1.

Working with multi-instrumentalist Danny Shamoun, his new single ‘Blue Magic' incorporates live drums with electronic synths in the percussive-laden track, affirming Spencer as a notably creative producer.

Sébastien Léger remixes Above & Beyond and anamē’s vocal hit, 'Gratitude’ (feat. Marty Longstaff).



A regular on Lee Burridge’s seminal All Day I Dream imprint, Sébastien is a mighty force within the global electronic music circuit. He’s been releasing music for over 20 years, with recent DJ support from Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed, Sasha, Prospa, and Eelke Kleijn, and festival appearances at All Day I Dream Denver, Family Picnik, Loveland lined up, plus a residency at Cova Santa in Ibiza. Last year, Sébastien was invited by legendary French label and event producers, Cercle, to perform live at the Great Pyramids in Giza, Egypt.



After hearing ‘Gratitude’ on YouTube, Sébastien approached Above & Beyond’s Tony McGuinness and an official remix materialised, becoming a highlight of Tony’s deep house set at Anjunadeep Explorations in June 2022.



“‘Gratitude’ popped up on my YouTube timeline one day, when I was in the hotel waiting for a show, I listened to it and I was touched by the melody and the main story from the lyrics. I was in a mood where, despite being lonely on tour for half of my life, I felt very grateful for what I do. I immediately thought it would be amazing if I could do my own version, and try to keep the emotions I got from the original.” - Sébastien Léger



Debuted during Above & Beyond's sold-out London festival at The Drumsheds in 2021, 'Gratitude' is both a jubilant vocal ballad and a tough, dancefloor filler.



During Above & Beyond's winter tour, which sold nearly 70,000 tickets across the USA, the significance of this record to the group's dedicated fan community was immediately apparent. It has cemented itself as a future classic for Jono, Tony, and Paavo, standing alongside some of their best-loved anthems like 'You Got To Go' and 'Thing Called Love'. ‘Gratitude’ marked the debut of anamē, a new alias from Swedish hitmaker Marcus Schössow and production partner Thomas Sagstad, and the return of Sunderland singer-songwriter Marty Longstaff.

Hernan Cattaneo returns home with his studio partners Soundexile. However the boys have let some of their best friends and favourite remixers do the hard work this time, as two of the labels previous monsters have been reworked for 2014. 
Starting with Altair, a track directly coming from the last Cattaneo’s Masters Series CD, and its Hernan´s fav Guy J on remix duties. His trademark infectious vibe is injected here, with his magical spell cast over this mysterious soundscape with warm layers of sounds interlocking as the journey develops. This is both deep and melancholic, yet uplifting and epic, showcasing Guy's golden studio productions to the max! 
The second remix is of Infoxication and again in we went to Israel with two label favourites teaming up as Guy Mantzur and Lonya collaborate. A showcase of fresh talent from the global electronic scene, Anjunadeep’s Explorations series returns this August for its eleventh instalment. We welcome a stellar lineup; two Anjunadeep alumni in Hosini, Ocula, and five label debutants in Quivver, Simon Doty, Limara, Ariana Mur, and Luigi Sambuy.

Following his Beatport top ten EP ‘Syna’, Stockholm-based producer Hosini returns to the label after a two year hiatus with ‘Dimma’, a track built on an alluring chord progression and exotic percussion.

Next up, a stalwart of the British electronic scene. John Graham marks his first full solo release on the label as Quivver with his compelling single ‘Long Time’. Previously featured on Anjunadeep 05 under Jungle alias Skanna, Graham's nostalgic but technical sound design reflects his long standing tenure in the game.

Simon Doty signals great things to come with a flourishing array of arpeggios in ’Sama’. With releases on Einmusika and Last Night On Earth, and a stellar Anjunadeep Edition under his belt, we’re excited to welcome the Toronto-based producer for his first label showing. 

Since his label debut ‘Immunity’ featured on Anjunadeep 10, Ocula now makes a strong return with ‘Empirical’. Equal parts progressive and deep, ‘Empirical’ demonstrates why the UK producer has seen extensive support from Deadmau5, Lane 8, and BBC Radio 1’s Phil Taggart.

Next is Limara’s mesmerising ‘Angelica’. A UK based label debutant also known as Owen Westlake, Limara’s forward-thinking productions have seen him release on This Never Happened and support Lane 8 on his UK tour. 

Representing Russia, Arina Mur makes her debut with ‘Magic Wand’. A melodic track peppered with organic sound design, ‘Magic Wand’ signals a strong beginning for Mur, whose production finds inspiration from the nights promoting her renowned club night, Scerdlovskiy Deep.

An exciting new producer based out of San Francisco, Luigi Sambuy performs and produces with an array of analogue gear. His debut release, ‘Jakarta’ is a collage of understated plucks and warm outboard synths.

Following a string of well received album remixes from Tim Green, Gui Boratto and Martin Roth, German wunderkind Ben Böhmer now offers up dreamy collaborative cut ‘Lost In Mind’ for Russian duo Volen Sentir to stamp their mark.

Lifted from his acclaimed debut LP ‘Breathing’, Ben and Malou’s ‘Lost In Mind’ receives a pair of new reworks. First up, leading with a percussive-heavy groove, Volen Sentir’s ‘Vision’ emphasises the heartfelt vocals, with hypnotic melodies and soothing pads, whilst their ‘Interpretation’ features a syncopated bass rhythm accompanied with an atmospheric string solo.
