Keeping on our recent garage tip this promo, we'd like you to meet brand new Klub Kids signing Nick Lynar. Lots of deep bass grooves on its way from this Aussie garage maestro (we actually can't keep up with his output!). Nick's debut single is called 'True Love'. It's a deep grooving bass tune with forlorn vocal stabs and deep bubbling bass. A 21st century love song? Yeah maybe! On the remix tip comes Australia's man of the 'deep house' moment Motez with a deep techcy house rework, Philly Blunt with a truly amazing dance floor garage rework (anthem alert), Greg Packer and Danny Rhodes who take us back to the heyday of LTJ Bukem with a beautiful deep drum and bass remake, and lastly (but by no means leastly after his last release which received support with everyone from DJ Zinc to Kissy Sell Out, Krafty Kuts, Aston Shuffle, Spenda C, HeavyFeet, Kry Wolf, Motez and more) comes Darper with a super dope garage remix. Also included on the promo is the b-side bomb 'Walk Away'.

An early stand out of our 2014 releases, "The One EP" firmly established Lane 8 as one of the most exciting young artists around, picking up heavy support from Pete Tong, The Magician and Tensnake.

Following the heavy-hitting Klangkarussell Remix that featured on the EP, Matt Lange, Baio and Bhok come together on a diverse, genre spanning remix package.

Matt Lange takes "The One" on a techy journey, twisting the searing bass of the original into a subtle, hypnotic melody, surrounded by trademark Matt Lange atmospherics and the infectious vocal.

"Nothing You Can Say" gets the remix treatment from Baio, who as well as being a Grammy winning member of Vampire Weekend is also making a name for himself with his solo productions on Greco-Roman and Future Classic. A quirky blend of stuttering clicks and warm flowing bass, his mix once again brings the gorgeous vocal of Lucy Stone to the fore.

Rounding off the package is a remix from up and coming UK producer Bhok, who's early productions have garnered him the support of XLR8R. He brings his bass heavy style to "The One", creating a complex low end roller.

Competition was stiff, standard of entries was exceptionally high but in the end Jallen's remix stood out and was the favourite of both Matt and our A&R team, delicately balancing new and original elements, whilst taking things in a different direction.
