Subtle, intricate, layered with emotion and underpinned by a solid hypnotic groove, “Bad Year Blimp” builds and builds towards its cinematic, guitar-strung breakdown – never lingering or staying static too long. 

Adding a slightly alternative flavour to the package, Matt Lange’s “Revolver” is a more taut and menacing affair. Caught somewhere between minimal techno, deep house and progressive, “Revolver” is again stamped with Lange’s trademark attention to detail and intricate sound design.

It is our enormous honor to present "Come Alive," a collaboration between veteran electronic music composer Boom Jinx, promising California-based duo Z:N, and honey-voiced singer-songwriter Katrine Stenbekk, with whom Boom Jinx's striking musical chemistry was first revealed on the 2015 album, "No Answers In Luck" [Anjunabeats]. It is no small moment in our label's history to welcome Boom Jinx to our ranks, as his early works (including "Too Free To Follow" and "Remember September") were influential to the development of our label's emotive, deep-progressive sound. This release is reminiscent of Boom Jinx's aforementioned classics, which is to say: the celebrated Norwegian talent, not to mention his gifted collaborators Z:N and Katrine Stenbekk, have graced us with a mellifluous, meaningful, and deeply moving song.

The third and final single from our forthcoming "The Midnight Remixed 02" album showcases a remix from PROFF, the one and only artist featured on this release to have also appeared on the first installment of the 'Remixed' series. More specifically, PROFF's interpretation of The Midnight's "Days Of Thunder" (under his Soultorque guise) proved to be a standout from the last edition, so it seemed well-advised to give the Russian phenom an opportunity to reinterpret one of The Midnight's equally beloved, but more recent productions. The result, a "Dub" take on The Midnight's "Kids," is an exceedingly groovy and suspenseful progressive house anthem that pays homage to the late-night, noir-influenced side of The Midnight's songwriting.
