The island of Mugarrirantz sat perched above the bright blue water. The waves rolled softly against it's golden sandy beaches and the glimmer of green palm trees shone under the light of the startling sunlight. A boat approached in the morning breeze, the white sails floating dreamily as it rode above the waves. A beautiful woman stood on the pier awaiting the return of her man, he had been gone for so so long but finally he was now home at last. 

Back in 2014 El_Txef_A released an album for Fiakun titled "We Walked Home Together". Since then there has been several remixed versions of tracks from the album with artists such as The Black Madonna, Lake People and more. A highlight from the iTunes #1 compilation ‘Anjunadeep 07’, Ryan Davis’ melancholic beauty ‘Brun’ gets reworked by two leading lights of the European underground, Luca Bacchetti and Matthias Meyer. Over the past decade Ryan Davis has carved out his own niche, with a unique brand of melodic techno, attracting wide-spread support from the likes of Hernan Cattaneo, Sasha, Jonas Rathsman, Stephan Bodzin and Max Cooper. 

Following releases on Crosstown Rebels, Saved and Ovum over the past few years, along with a string of stand-out remixes, Italian producer Luca Bacchetti offers up a signature rework, intertwining an subtle groove with delicate cinematic chords that compliment the spacey sentiments of the original.

Hamburg influencer and Watergate resident Matthias Meyer takes the stage for the second remix, debuted in James Grant’s recent Deep House Amsterdam mix. Meyer offers a textured roller, infusing classic house elements that resonate beautifully alongside the original’s cosmic soundscapes; an uplifting and emotive dancefloor moment.

An avatar (Sanskrit: अवतार, IAST: avatāra), a concept in Hinduism that means "descent", is the material appearance or incarnation of a deity on earth. The relative verb to "alight, to make one's appearance" is sometimes used to refer to any guru or revered human being. The word avatar does not appear in the Vedic literature, but appears in verb forms in post-Vedic literature, and as a noun particularly in the Puranic literature after the 6th century CE. Despite that, the concept of an avatar is compatible with the content of the Vedic literature like the Upanishads as it is symbolic imagery of the Saguna Brahman concept in the philosophy of Hinduism.

Kicking things off in suitable style is long-time friend and respected producer, Timo Mass. Striking a balance between driving dance-floor and a homage to the deep roots of “Blisss”; he carves a suspense laden interpretation, teasing that already iconic bassline into a stomping frenzy of elements in crafted unison; including a resonating vocal mantra - this is a different kind of late-night Blisss...

Whilst the album showcases a blissful soundscape of sounds culminated in his career as Rodriguez Jr., it would be amiss to not pay homage to the raw spirit of the dance. Here, we are pleased to welcome Martinez Sr. to the fore, Rodriguez Jr.'s new techno alter-ego. Solarwind´s homebase is in the green suburbs of Vienna. being close to a magnet of art history, while living in a natural surrounding of rivers, lakes and forests goes along with her inner desire to connect, reflect, affect and dissect. she has been in love with music as long as she can remember. the tones of instruments, voices and nature are an essential part of her life. from early days on, she has played the guitar and sung as a vocalist in several bands. later she dived deeper and deeper into the art of weaving and mixing electronic music. waves and sounds are a fantastic medium that gives her the opportunity to tell the manifold stories that reflect her soul. she enjoys the freedom to express herself in different musical styles, always driven my her emotional and spiritual forces.
