Next up on Enhanced is talented DJ, producer & vocalist - Kerry Leva. Having already appeared on the label by providing the vocals for Ad Brown's ethereal track 'Memorial (You Were Loved)' Kerry makes her return with the excellent - 'Proud'.
 The Original Mix blends elements of both Breaks and Chill Out while the warm atmospheric pads are the perfect bed for Kerry's emotive vocals. A fine display of this girl's many talents.
 
First up on remix duties is one of Enhanced's brightest young talents, Juventa, who turns it up a gear with a sensational and energetic remix. With an awe inspiring build up into a colossal drop, Juventa's syncopated beat cannot fail to be a hit, which has already been supported by Armin van Buuren and Above & Beyond on their radio shows.
 
Providing the second remix is Oliver Smith who gives us his own Trance version of the track. Rolling basslines and heavy sidechains dominate this mix for added punch from start to finish.

Having produced Aruna's Original Mix of 'Reason To Believe', the on-fire Steve Kaetzel is up next to rework 'Proud'. Reminiscent of Massive Attack, this remix definitely enters the leftfield arena and is the perfect soundtrack for any Sunday and a quite wonderful alternative mix for the package.

Add in the simply dazzling break, packed with tender piano lines and a well structured use of synths & you know you are in for a ride into the spectacular sunset when it all collides.

A remix of 'Sofia' Is delivered to you by the ever amazing Infinity State who takes it up a notch with the vibrancy of the melodies, adding a more emotional kick to it. It's the essence of beauty & how powerful these refreshing sounds are, especially in the breakdown.. The percissusons are finely tuned to add a more step into it, working sublimely with the chord arrangements. The essence of heartwarming, this remix does the original justice meticulously. 

The next original we have by Musty is called 'Eon', a more energetic track than the first. It is still laced with those tender melodic lines that this producer has signified in his work. Powerful percussions glide along with the stimulating piano backed chords, taking a more alluring route. It erupts into a soothing pause, the piano taking you on a warm journey with the haunting vocals harmonizing the way for you. 

The remix of 'Eon' is presented to you by Akihiro Ohtani who takes the original to a new level with his  stunning rendition. The sharp & clear sounds build up the momentum to launch you into a haven of the most flattering melodies, keeping in line with the original. The pads cushioning each beat, the chord work artistically arranged and the piano breakdowns build an amazing backdrop to the beauty of this genre.

“Cork” is a crisp melody driven progressive production, built around a smooth and etching melodic progression that we are certain is to be on our mind after hearing it the first time. It contain that warm feel that definitely get us to dream away for white beaches, 30 degrees and not a single cloud on the sky.

“Stockholm” is another brilliant melodic progressive ride, filled with dreamy progression, warm and emotional textures and a “feel good vibe” that is to bring smiles on your face.

The compilation is inspired by our weekly radio show of the same name, which is co-hosted by Jacob and Tom, as well as Johan Vilborg, Jayeson Andel, Vintage & Morelli, & Terry Da Libra. Reaching international listeners on Proton Radio, Digitally Imported, and other radio platforms, Silk Music Showcase recently reached its 400th episode (http://www.silkmusicshowcase.com) and now often ranks amongst the Top 100 Music Podcasts in the USA on iTunes.

Carefully selected to represent the sound of our radio show (and, more generally, our label), the songs included in the compilation range from the more pensive and melancholic shades of progressive to the more club-oriented, peak-hour material we tend to play at the end of our radio show mixes and live sets. Perplexity Music is delighted to present you all with an incredible and exclusive release, courtesy of Unlivian. The talented producer has crafted a 7 track LP titled, 'Dancing in The Dark' for your listening pleasures. Boasting a range of exquisite sounds, each production is bursting to the brim with luscious arrangements that have been finely crafted to ensure that nothing but the rawest and realest of emotions and music are combined together.
 
To kick things off, we have 'Alchemyst', a gorgeous and soothing melody fuelled piece that is both tender yet has that upbeat vibe. With the travelling percussives mixed in with the varied synth and chord arrangements, it's the perfect way to delve into the LP with a mountain of sounds to hear.

Next up is 'Blossom', another jaw dropping beautiful piece that encapsulates you right away, especially when the stunning melody kicks in. This is certainly the perfect audio definition of the title track with it's refreshing sentiments that both the flower and state of mind have.

'Freedom' is a double dose of enlightenment and calming as the atmosphere blends in to create a delectable production that fuels your mind undoubtedly. The chords work in synch with the gentle yet evident bass line travelling with the array of percussions, providing that additional punch.

Following this, we have 'Lullaby' and as you can imagine, it is dream worthy, an effect provided by the ethereal vocal chops that can drift one away to some form of limbo. It is a gentle piece that entails simmering melodies, light synths and a gorgeous break which tops of it off.

'Night Eclipse' takes it back to the more haunting and thought-provoking soundscapes with its stunning arrangements via the addictive chords and vocals. Providing an imperishable melody that stays with you, this is hands down one of those pieces that lingers due to its striking composition.

We then have 'Lagoon', a smooth sailing and airy production that is packed with those warm summer ending sounds. Comprised up of relaxing piano lines that accommodate the tempo, it provides the perfect viewing of blissful moments spent regardless of where you are.

To finish things off, 'Moment of Life' rounds up the epitome of the album which is the embodiment of pure melodic progressive sounds. The percussions change up to provide a blend of a both funky yet heavenly variation of deep house. A divine way to finish it up, something powerful yet calming.
 
Nothing short of incredible, Unlivian's artist album is one that deserves all the praise it can receive. This compilation of quality productions reiterates what this Perplexity Music has been about since its start and we've been thrilled to able to tie things up with this phenomenal LP. Already a big tune in Anjunadeep circles thanks to its appearance on Jaytech's "Anjunadeep 04" mix, "Neon Feel" lives up its name with bright, 80s-influenced synths, nostalgic piano melodies and Suspect 44's trademark cut-up vocal funk.
