The last time we played Kings Hall at Brooklyn Mirage was our second gig ever as Leaving Laurel, in October of 2021. It feels like a really long time ago. Emotions & nerves were high.. everything felt very new to the two of us. We didn't quite know what DJing as Leaving Laurel together would sound like at the time but we were having fun figuring it out. 

Fast forward almost 2 years later, to this past Friday & it felt like our set in Brooklyn had become all of those experiences together compressed into one moment. We felt calm & proud, knowing Pierce was right there smiling.

It was four years ago that we started our little radio show, and over the previous 199 weeks we’ve featured mixes from pretty much our entire Anjunadeep family, hopefully including a few classic episodes along the way. For this week’s milestone show myself and Jody have decided to reconstruct our set from Anjunadeep Open Air: Miami back in March.
