I put together this 5+ hour DJ mixtape filled with around 70 pieces of music i'm really enjoying and playing out right now.
The mix contains a broard spectrum of melodic house and techno that is near and dear to me and also features new and upcoming music from myself.

Some artists exude total and unapologetic passion for their craft. Full immersion, absolute dedication and complete commitment; a calling much more than a career, a love much more than a labour, the realisation of a lifelong ambition.

An ambition like Tom Marshall’s. A fan favourite on the roster of renowned UK label Anjunadeep and one of the breakout stars of the melodic house scene, Marsh has sculpted a distinctly warm, emotional sound since he first emerged in the mid-2010s. Inspired by his teenage love of the emotionally rich, early 2000s trance sound and the musicality of crossover drum & bass acts like Pendulum, he’s distilled these disparate influences into a captivating and soulful signature style.

A zero-delay detonation — the RONU remix of “SIGNAL” erupts with no buildup, launching straight into cinematic pressure and hybridized rhythm warfare. A wall of bass swells under broken signal pulses, fragmented vocals, and seismic subs that pulse like sonar in a collapsing grid. Every element hits with controlled violence — jagged synth stabs, ghostly vocal echoes, and vapor-lit transitions that slice between clarity and chaos.

The beat structure mutates between dystopian techno and tribal club ritual — log drums grind beneath scorched metallic hats, while warped Mandoza kicks and island toms carry the track forward like a machine possessed by ancient percussion. High-frequency whistles and glitchy laser FX scatter across the stereo field like cracked radio signals trying to break through.

Midway, a sudden wash of melodic pads emerges like light piercing wreckage, but the reprieve is brief. The drop returns harder — filtered vocals sharpen into chants, and the bassline twists into low-end distortion that feels tactile, physical. It's a balance of cinematic tension and raw kinetic force.

This isn’t just a remix — it’s a sonic transmission from the edges of RONU’s universe. Structured like a techno war cry, but soaked in ancestral rhythm and futuristic decay. Welcome to the SIGNAL.
