Taking a rainbow of arpeggiated chords in the same way many timeless trance records did back in the day, there's a natural, and very gentle, ebb and flow that's driven by the stately kicks, bass line and cheeky flips into breakbeats and tribal percussion.

British duo My Friend return to Anjunadeep with their three-track EP ‘Came Here For Love’. Following on from a strong first half of 2022, with releases on Toolroom, Armada Electronic Elements, W&O Street Tracks and Fly Boy Records, the duo have garnered support from Sarah Story, Pete Tong and Danny Howard at BBC Radio 1, and Ben Malone on Kiss FM.

A stand-out track from the Anjunabeats Volume 16 compilation released in July, ‘Came Here For Love’ opens the EP with an echoing vocal sample and a punchy baseline. Collaborating with London-based electronic duo The Pressure, My Friend pairs The Pressure’s warm vocals with a pulsating synth in ‘Future Life’ whilst EP closer ‘Great White Buffalo’ leads with bright chords. My Friend’s latest showcases why they’ve garnered support from Boys Noize, John Digweed and Lane 8 to name a few.

Eynka is a London based collaboration between brothers Chris and Dave Hall and childhood friend Joshua Field. Finnish DJ and producer Yotto has become an Anjunadeep legend since making his debut on the label in 2015. Winning huge support from BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong, Annie Mac and Danny Howard, Otto Yliperttula quickly rose to prominence with his energetic melodic house sound. His debut album ‘Hyperfall’, released in late 2018 reached #1 on Billboard’s Dance Album Chart, and saw him tour the world and play at Coachella. Since then Yotto has established his own label, Odd One Out, putting out a string of club cuts supported by the likes of Tale Of Us, Artbat and Eric Prydz.

Over a year since his last solo release on Anjunadeep, Yotto now makes a welcome homecoming with ‘Another Riff For The Good Times / Daydreaming’. Demonstrating his flair with uplifting melodies, ‘ARFTGT’ is classic Yotto, whilst the restrained ‘Daydreaming’ is a highlight from the recent chart topping compilation ‘Anjunadeep 11’.
