The texture beneath him creaked, and the air carried the faint buzz of electric currents, like a ship pulling away. He ordered us to kneel beside his nest and whispered the message into our ears.

Known for his unique and chunky grooves and heavy, genre-blending sound, Dr. Strangefunk is releasing his debut EP on May 9th. Featuring cutting-edge collaborations with Spacey Koala and primaris, the EP fuses elements of progressive psychedelia with driving techno energy and funky instrumentals. 

It also includes a remix my Strangefunk of Quantaloop's tune Immortal Sunrise, we released a little while back.

Stone Seed proudly presents Turunga, the label debut from Sammy Legs.

Turunga carries the dust of the Californian desert and swagger of a Tarantino fever dream. A cheeky, driving interpretation of progressive minimal techno, rich with sun-scorched grit and South American string motifs.

Riding alongside is Peter Groskreutz with a remix that draws out the original’s crooked charm, while leaning into its sly character with melodic tenancies. Groskreutz distills the epic cinematic feel and carries the EP into duskier terrain.

Radio Static is Mikes first taste of our slice of the pie, and its everything we love about the Kerrigan sound. Explorative synth work, intuitive rhythm, chunky minimal bangers with intention.
