Cyantist is a Dutch Progressive Techno project by Igor Dolfing. His sound revolves around driving beats, deep basslines and uplifting melodies that create an extraordinary adrenaline driven experience. Cyantist’s signature however is adding the ‘imperfect’ human touch to the otherwise ‘perfect’ electronic music by adding real played instruments and vocals, that resonate deeply with all of us. He views music as the bridge to unite these imperfections, creating a shared human experience. Cyantist loves going heavy on percussion, as the primal drums awaken an ancestral essence within us.

His creative vision is exemplified through a groundbreaking collaboration with Danheim, the mastermind behind the captivating soundscapes of History Channel's official Vikings series and composer of music for Assassin’s Creed games. This fusion yields a musical adventure twisting together ancient echoes with modern rhythms. Cyantist's journey is garnished with moments like releases on Pursuit Recordings, aired on Dutch radio SLAM FM, and partnerships with DJ Jochem Hamerling and Teho. Within its musical compositions lies the art of storytelling, where each song weaves a narrative that captivates the listeners' imagination and emotions.
