Stand is a Reykjavik's soundscape symphony, 28 minutes long. 
It is looped musical composition created using city sounds and human heartbeat. 
A new manipulated soundscape, therefore: city, body and time are intertwined in a sonic pulsating beat.
The sound was recorded on Winter of 2016.

AROUND is a minimalist instrumental song. The track was recorded using NeuroSky EEG, an instrument that measures the brain’s electrical activity through electrodes placed on the scalp. The electrodes detect Alpha waves (brain activity in a meditative state or in creative mode) and an algoritm translates this data into digital sound and animated visions.

The electroencephalography waves (EEG) allow viewers to hear and see the effects of brain activity through music composition. This project, between music and science, explores the connections between the mind, visions and music. 
The composition is created by a Brain Computer Interface and two guitarists.
