I am a medical student who, while I should be studying, am developing new songs constantly in my mind. I am in love with the song-writing process, playing music and performing. Most important for me, are a song's lyrics, how they spill out, tumble or trickle off your tongue, in a liquid poetry form, that describes who you are down the cells of your toes. Sometimes I learn new things about myself as the lyrics tend to appear from my a hidden part of my consciousness.  But despite the seriousness of how I must seem, I really just enjoy bringing friends and family together over some simple songs and good food. If it wasn't for music, I probably would not have survived my degree thus far. I am looking to play more regularly, at gigs (paid or unpaid)and to work with other musicians. Thanks for listening.
