Hi, I'm Anna The Time Expert. I just calculated my estimated life expectancy by my health today. If I continue to live like I do, and I don't get killed by anything else, this machine tells me I can get 94 years old. 
I have no idea how to feel about this. First, I never trusted a machine. Second, the number 94. That is old. This would mean, I have another 18980 days in front of me. And this is day 1. 
I have decided to continue doing what I like most; to think and write short stories about life. The result is a podcast episode about an everyday topic with either a philosophical touch, or hidden personal development hints, or with a simple gentle reminder that life is happening right now. But there is something I haven't yet told you about. My little thoughts coming out of nowhere. When they arrive, I have to write them down, because that's where they want to be: on paper. You know, it's a win win situation. They feel important and acknowledged and I get them out of my head. 
But some of them are intriguing and they need to be shared with you my dear listener. I will call them my mini-episodes and hopefully they'll do the same to you and they open up a little path to a new thought. New thoughts are important, it's like mental fitness. The good think about this is: you don't have to do anything else but lean back and listen. 
Without you my bold and openminded listeners all over the world this podcast wouldn't exist. Thank you for being here.

Dare to be yourself

This story changed my life. It’s about my near-death experience and why death became one of my greatest teacher - and still is!
I will tell you this personal story because hopefully I will be able to wake something up in yourself - the desire to live, the desire to celebrate that you are still alive and the sparkle of curiosity in life. Because hey, you could be dead, but you are still here, like I am and I think we should stop to deny that death can really be around the corner, even if this makes you almost panic and freak out. Rather do that, than to be in a paralyzed mind state where you ignore those thoughts. Let me take you on this journey and afterwards - let's celebrate.

My near-death experience in the mountains

Are you someone who loves music? Or someone who loves to explore new music? Or just somebody who needs to dance sometimes? If the answer is yes, well, than this episode is for you. It’s a bit different than the usual ones - but do you know how many songs have been written about TIME ? Hundreds of songs! Today I want to introduce you to 5 of them. 

Is there any style you prefer? I love all kinds of music - really, there isn’t anything I wouldn’t listen to. Just look at the variety music has to offer! And it has always brought people together and that is the true beauty of music. It is so powerful ! Just imagine, it has the ability to control your emotions! There are many kinds of moments we will experience in our lives and this day - I experienced one moment after another - which I will never forget. This was for sure one of them.
I have been given many speeches in my life - but this one is the first one in a state prison.

But don’t worry, you can get out of there and it’s important to get out of there to focus on which is far more important: to create solutions.

WHAT'S RAGE AND ANGER?

This episode is about sounds, vibes, energies and the story about the singing ice.   
A little outtake: 
To crack and explode like this guy must be such a stressful moment for his whole nervous system, and I imagine these forceful waves shaking up all his cells in his entire body. Now we are talking about energies. About our inner vibes. And of course, this reminds me of Masaru Emoto's experiment. A Japanese researcher who exposed music, spoken words, pictures and videos to water. After that, he crystallized the water. The result was that he always observed beautiful crystals after giving good words (like thank you, happiness, love, gratitude and so on).
On the other hand, he observed disfigured crystals in the opposite situation exposed to harmful and destructive words. He believes that everything is a combination of energetic vibration. And now imagine that our body is filled with 60% of water. Our thoughts have an influence and an impact on our body and health.
