Ape Suit - Tomorrow Or The Next Life EP (JT006)

After his well-received 'Humans In Unison EP,' Ape Suit progresses further into the Jah-Tek catalogue with another 4-track EP packed with grit and weight.

'Tomorrow Or The Next Life EP' signals a more sinister tone from the Sydney-based producer as he continues to tear apart the bass music realm with intricate percussive elements, twisted sound design, and low-end pressure.

To start the EP off, we have the title track 'Tomorrow Or The Next Life,' a composition that explodes with deep sub movement and bursting leads, both of which intricately interweave as the track advances.

Next up, 'Dream Within A Dream' drops in with full clout, rotating between falling wobble bass lines and thick rasps, accompanied by Ape Suit's unique percussive fills and rolling hats.

Track 3, 'These Few Specks Of Time,' drops down to 130bpm with a serious combination of rolling subs, tribal percussion, and metallic melodics that fuel the track's spectral tonality.

Finally, track 4, 'Stars In Broad Daylight,' concludes the EP with a stripped-back bass arrangement enriched with space, husky sound design, and sinister atmospherics.

The 'Tomorrow Or The Next Life EP' is set to exclusively release on Bandcamp on the 16th of February, followed by availability on all other platforms on February 23rd.
