Swedish jazz vocalist Anna Lundqvist has been one of the most progressive and productive voices on the Swedish jazz vocal scene for over two decades. 
This is her Lisbon-based quintet, Anna Lundqvist Lisboa Cinco. The music is highly energetic with a strong interplay and improvisaton in focus. The music is modern jazz, floating in between the American traditions and the European jazz sound with influences from pop, rock and Swedish hymns.

The band was formed right before the pandemic but got together again January 2022 and joined forces for a new beginning, new music and a strong musical unit. In November 2022 they went to Sweden for a ten day tour and feb 2023,
they'll start the recordings of the debut album with release set for September 2023.
