I recorded this set live on July 24, 2024 when I was a guest DJ/facilitator for the awesome 5Rhythms community in Vancouver, BC.

I have found over the number of years I am stepping up and into being more fully myself. This is what I am inspired by, what I am inspired to do. I want us all to have the opportunity to move with all that is with us, that is in us and claim and celebrate our confidence, wisdom, power and the full range of who we are and how we show up in life.  

This mix, Embodied Wonder, is a tribute to our wholeness and to the sense of magic and mystery that can happen for all of us as we step up to shine and be ourselves more and more fully. 

I hope this mix inspires and supports integration of what you are moving with right now; all of it, all the experiences and the emotions, the lightness as well as the more challenging intensities and changes that can be difficult to dance with. 

Here’s to this journey we are on and having the courage to move with all of it.

EMBODIED WONDER Mix for The Crone Conversations

This is the recorded mix I created for the June 15, 2025 session of Move for a Cause—a global online fundraiser series for Adam Barley, a beloved movement teacher and mentor currently healing from cancer treatment.

Each Sunday from January to June 2025, teachers from around the world offered music and movement in support of Adam’s healing journey.
