I created this because I used to do this meditation for my son, and he fell asleep within minutes, I wanted to share. A deeply relaxing meditation for children ages 2-10. The practice of Yoga Nidra is to relax each body part piece by piece, and direct the mind from worry and thinking, to releasing each muscle and then, creating a deeply retsorative sleep.
