Welcome to this guided meditation for learning to trust after trauma.

When we have experienced trauma in childhood or narcissistic abuse at any point in our lives, it can be a huge challenge to trust again. Trusting others, trusting experiences or circumstances, and especially trusting ourselves and our own judgment.

In this guided meditation, we will connect with ourselves and safety, begin to get comfortable with feeling safe, calm, and grounded, and release the things that might be blocking us from learning to trust ourselves.
