I would love to say that I first heard this song in a little folk club in the Republic of Ireland, but I did, in fact, hear it on a Sinead O'Connor album, and fell instantly in love with it.  This is my arrangement, entirely acapella.

The title "Find What You Love", and the continuation into the first line, "...and let it kill you." Is a supposed quote from Charles Bukowski.  It is a quote that demands thinking about, and feeling.  This isn't about death, it's about not surrendering to the blandness of modern living - the endless numbing of television, eating poor food and getting up to do exactly the same tomorrow.  If you are going to surrender your life to something, let it be a lover.  Be ravaged by your art.  Create and leave a mark.  Be all that you can be.

Country/folky vibe.  My husband's a ceilidh band player (He plays percussion, brass and calls with "Banter") - he's away a *lot*, so this is kind of for him, to remind me not to get cranky at him!
