Violeta has spent the last 10 years roaming the full spectrum of the music industry, from her early days as an event organiser and journalist in her native Bucharest to the front lines of the Berlin scene as a DJ, radio host, writer and DJ tutor. 

Her Flight Mode show on @refugeworldwide is a passionate crate dig, always on the lookout for weird and wonderful balearic, disco and afrobeat. 

As an 90's kid, she brings nostalgia into her sets, playing old school house and techno paired with fresh releases from leftfield labels and classics alike.

Amok Radio's resident Ivana Dragsic was bred on the dance floors-in-the making in late 90s Skopje.
Emotionally tied to the vision of Summer of love and ecstasy euphoria, but wary of the hetero-patriarchal framework where dance culture takes place today, she builds platform on what would often be omitted and cracks holes in the dominant. 
The intersectionality of music production is present in her Dj and radio sets. 

Ivana found her place in the clubs unpretentiously through the years, mainly thanks to her queer audience, consistency and willingness to build and create a more diverse and substancial electronic scene in Macedonia's capital.

Camiflage is a dj/producer from Belgium. He runs the label Snaretrade which has already released some 12’inch EP’s worldwide. He is part of a dj collective called Planet based in Brussels, which has a monthly residence on Kiosk Radio. He is originally from Antwerp. As a job he works as a cell animator, drawing frame per frame animation for feature and short films.

When Overlap records made their pick along the tracks I sent over them, I was pleasantly surprised. It’s all stuff that I’d be a bit self-conscious about putting out myself because it’s quite.. Sentimental? Now that Alejandro picked these out I can hide behind his choice, and discretely be happy they are shared with the world. I made these navigating through lockdown, when in my case the seclusion often brought a feeling of peace and belonging.
Most of these were made when I was feeling in love, I hope they’ll spread out and reach the ears of many lovers.
