We’re back once again, as always feeling masses of gratitude for the music which continues to be a source of comfort, inspiration, and love!

This week we bring you podcast #152, coming at you from DJ and producer, Knay (Circular Limited, Crescent Records, Natch, KVLTO).

Our biggest love and thanks to Knay who has woven together a deep, heady and invigorating warm-up journey, the perfect trip for a warm summer evening.

Allowing ourselves to become fully immersed, the gentle rhythms and beautiful atmospheres engulfed us in a blissful haze - eyes closed, bodies moving, smiling without thought - the music taking over completely and us, putty in its hands.

Knay’s productions (check out the above labels) have the same effect - another wonderful artist we have heartfelt appreciation for.

It is difficult to see the end to the abyss Vørtice creates within this mix. Starting nice and calm from the very edge where the sea meets the coast, the artist takes the listener for an aquatic ride that only can go deeper. The traveler easily lose themselves in their stirred emotions and thoughts and is masterfully pushed through the  deep realms of  the percussive sound.

Infinity is a Croatian-born and Berlin-based DJ & producer whose tracks have been released on such labels as Illegal Alien Records, Northallsen Records, N F E R E E, KVLTÖ and No Way Records.  Most know for deep atmospheres, hypnotic elements as well as some ominous and driving sounds in between.  Resident  of the Art Bei Ton, event series in Berlin focused on visual arts mixed with techno, ambient and experimental music.

Actif depuis 2015 sur Lyon, 9beats rejoins rapidement le label CWR dont il est aujourd’hui l'un des co-gérant. S’en suis plusieurs EP sur des labels tels que Annulled, Norite, Warok ou il expose sa musique entre ambient, deep et techno. Passionné par les machines, il découvre les synthés modulaires et façonne son projet live qu’il présente a des festivals comme la Vallée Électrique (FR) ou Monument (NO). En 2021 il créer un nouvel alias Sindh pour une approche plus expérimentale avec une première sortie sur le label de Valentino Mora IDO.

Since 2015, 9beats quickly joined the CWR label, of which he is one of the co-owner. Thereafter, he produced many EPs on labels such as Annulled, Norite, Warok where he exhibits his music between ambient, deep and techno. Fascinated by machines, he discovered modular synths and shaped his live project which he presented at festivals such as la Vallee Electrique (FR) or Monument (NO). In 2021, he created a new alias Sindh for a more experimental approach with a first release on Valentino Mora's label IDO.
