Her set curates a collection of fast and hypnotic sound scapes, conjuring textural heavy hitters with ambient melodies, operating in the intersection between order and chaos. Her song selection draws on a diverse range of local and international artists, offering a glimpse into the extensive collection of Marsh's artillery.

Edition 71 in the Intercell Podcast Series is Baraka.

Baraka embodies the essence of the "lucky star" concept. In 2020, DJ and producer Cristofeu and DJ sa+ga collaborated to create a series of tracks blending poetic vocals, acid sounds, and synthetic layers, drawing influence from trance, trip-hop, and drum'n'bass, as well as artists like Prodigy, Massive Attack, and Björk. Their music truly shines on stage, transforming venues into pulsating dance floors, whether at the Berghain/Panorama Bar in Berlin, the Trabendo in Paris, or events like Positive Education festival and Boiler Room. At this rate, the duo's lucky star is unlikely to fade away soon.

Baraka will make their debut this summer at Summer Sweat on June 23rd.

There is no doubt that Ruslan Mays is one of the pioneers of the Ukrainian techno scene. Since the early 2000s, the Berliner-by-choice has been known for a sophisticated and energetic sound that he helped to shape and make successful in his home country. An integral part of the queer collective Veselka, Mays regularly plays Berlin clubs such as OXI, RSO and ÆDEN, and previously played Kyiv institutions like ∄ and Otel&#39;. 

With 20 years of experience behind the decks, razor-sharp mixing skills and an infallible track selection, theOdesa-born DJ proves his ability to control a dancefloor at any given moment. It reminds of shamanic rituals as he builds bridges between mind, body and soul with his music and leads you through this ceremony-like happening.

Influenced by the spirit of Ukrainian subcultures, Ruslan Mays sees himself not only as a DJ and producer, but also as an activist within the scene and an advocate of a simple but important philosophy: keep the underground alive! And with a bag full of records, he is ready to fight for this creed, anywhere, anytime!
