Local Suicide announce their long awaited debut album ‘Eros Anikate' which will be released May 13th, 2022 via their own label Iptamenos Discos. The title translates to ‘love invincible’ and draws influence from a play written by Sophocles titled ‘Antigone’.

The album holds true to the duo's ‘technodisco’ sound that the couple has become so well known for and showcases their signature style of blending a retro feeling with a modern twist. In usual Local Suicide fashion, the duo’s debut album showcases tongue in cheek modern-day circumstances, mystical adventures, and moody baselines; all tied up with the promises of happy endings. You can instantly hear that this album comes from the duo’s hearts. Inspired by the travels and experiences they encountered throughout the pandemic, it’s also a love letter to the friends they met during their career - some of which are also featured on the album: Lee Stevens, Curses, The Hidden Cameras, Sissi Rada, Skelesys, Theus Mago, Hard Ton, Kalipo & Greek new wave legend Lena Platonos.

The producer couple has had a stunning amount of press coverage from leading electronic mags like RA, DJ Mag, Mixmag, FAZE, Groove, Ransom Note, TRAX, Time Out, Tsugi, XLR8R & Rolling Stone for their 13 EPs, numerous tracks on compilations and remixes since 2014 on acclaimed labels, while Beatport declared them as one of the key figures in the uprising dark disco scene. They also recently played themselves in Fett & Fett, a series broadcasted on German national TV station ZDF, in which their musical productions were featured extensively as well. Their DJ career has carried them to all four corners of the world, from Europe, Asia and North Africa to South America and the United States, whipping crowds into a frenzy at Lollapalooza, Melt!, ADE, Off Sonar, Festival Forte, Berlin Festival and many more. Their live cuts have been honed to perfection with years of shows alongside the very best in the scene, even being invited by New Order to warm up for their live show in Berlin.

HEARecs (@hearec) presents 'Acid Jungle EP' by Dos Locos (@sjrdx1behmmh). The young duo from Israel delivers a dynamic release with powerful leads and acid elements gravitating between dark disco and acid house. The EP is composed by two original tracks: Acid Jungle and Under Attack and the tracks have already been playing around the globe, receiving great response on the dancefloors of renowned festivals and clubs around the globe. The duo adds the house imprint to their release’s roster alongside our fellow labels Phisica and Ritual.

With a Dark Disco sounding introduction on the eponymous 'Acid Jungle' the listener slides smoothly to a more sinister register. The animal’s are let out during the build up to gather and the acid synths compiled with grooving snares and the vocals get you through this dancing adventure.

Dust & Blood welcomes the Spanish maestro AFFKT with an energetic and dynamic EP called "Corcho" that packs a punch. The EP also includes 2 original tracks and a fantastic remix by the guys in charge of our previous release, the French master minds Kimshies.

Marc Martinez Nadal, aka AFFKT, consecrated a music career and has been a driving force behind a vivid and empowering sound that is refined by his drive for perfection. He feels in deeply in communion with sounds that range from the most energetic hyper-glossy techno to the most detailed and innovative indie-electronica. Having worked on coining the sound of this alias since 2008, it has been a plethora of sounds, places, persons and cultures that has provided a platform for AFFKT to experiment with his output. He serves huge electronic crossover masterpieces that derive into the many sub-genres of music via key imprints such as Pets Recordings, Multinotes, Mobilee, Last Night On Earth, Disco Halal, Needwant, Exploited or Culprit and his very own Sincopat label. He expresses versatility digging deep into his influences of sounds by delivering heart-stopping, engaging techno on the likes of Octopus, Noir Music, Suara...

"Corcho" is a strong incantation of the artist's early influences in electronic music. It's a rollercoaster of emotions, with so much dynamic range that it keeps the listeners on their toes from beginning to end. The track lets us travel to the dancefloor with intense sound design to create a high-energy. Overall, it's an
impressive piece of work that shows AFFKT's range and skills.
Meanwhile, "Spider Charmer" is a crossover track that blends different styles and influences to create something truly unique. It's a futuristic piece of music that feels both fresh and timeless, and it's sure to leave listeners speechless. The main organic lead bass is hypnotizing, drawing the listeners in and holding their attention throughout the entire track. Let’s rave or die!
And last but not least, the duo Kimshies, who is a regular of the Dust & Blood family, closes this chapter with an epic remix of "Corcho", another standout track, an inimitable interpretation of the original that creates a deep and memorable musical experience and takes the listeners on a sonic adventure. Dj and producer Telesketch debuts on David Ponziano’s Penrose Records with his new single, ‘Tirria’.
Jordi is a key player in Madrid’s underground electronic music scene. As a producer with releases in some of the best labels in town such us Rotten City, Play Pal, Logical and now Penrose records. As a dj and promoter he’s involved wih some of it’s best clubs: Halley, Berlin Club, ReClub and his own Snack party. He has also released in labels such us Roam or Nein records.
For the seventh release on Penrose he delivers three slices of cosmic dark disco, with powerful rolling basslines, sleazy and acid synth lines and infectious rythms and percussion. Timeless club music with different influences fused to dance and feel the trip at the same time.
On remix duties we find Parissior. The spanish producer is in full shape as he shows in his fiery take on “Plaster”. A faster, hypnotic and acidic version ready to kill any dance floor.

Exploited está dando un giro de 180º con lanzamientos tan discoides como el que os traemos hoy. Un single producido por el mexicano Theus Mago aka Bufi y la dj/productora brasileña Joyce Muniz titulado Balín Bali. Con el que comienza una nueva ola de sonido ítalo renovado a lo latinoamericano.

After the hallucinate EP "Give Chance A Trance", Moderna and Theus Mago return to Duro with a reissue of their first collaboration work, 'Dog Is Calling You', originally released in 2016 under Chloè’s label, Lumière Noire. The reissue includes the three original cuts and the remix of ‘Dog is calling you’ by Die Wilde Jagd, plus three new remixes by Mexico based artists Mijo & Macaulay, Alinka of Twirl Records, and the Riotvan family Peter Invasion & Gregor Habicht .

The EP begins with the classic "Asesino Sicótico", a booming, dark and insane cut. It's a fusion of techno energy with house music groove. It's followed by "Dog Is Calling You", a slow mix of melted bass, orbital and acidic sounds. To close the original versions is the fan favorite "Papa En Roy", a mixture of classic techno with obsessive and repetitive bass lines, while Moderna's vocals take us on a lunatic journey.

The remix by Mijo & Macaulay of "Asesino Sicótico" is a hypnotic, insistent, and powerful cut. The bass line runs over you while the voice gets lost among synthesizers, pads, and percussion. Alinka surprises us with her version of "Papa En Roy", adding echoes of voices, a liquefying and electrifying bass, distorted percussion, and maniacal synthesizers.

Riotvan friends, Peter Invasion & Gregor Habicht, give us their version of "Papa En Roy", which is a forceful and exciting cut, creating bursts of energy perfect for the dance floor. To close the release is the version made by Die Wilde Jagd, a cut with a reverberated and liberating atmosphere, the drums and bass take you to the climax while the drums hold you firmly in a slow but continuous step.

"Moderna & Theus Mago - Dog Is Calling You" will be available on platforms starting from July 14th.

Proton Transfer is a raw dark diso track which was created from a jam where the bassline came from a Berhinger Neutron, Massive softsynth, and a Korg MS-20. The pads come from the Minilogue XD.

Save this name: Braulio Renteria, a young Mexican artist, makes his official debut as a producer on the awe-inspiring project Sinchi Collective – a multifaceted music platform that includes a label, a DJ collective, an event promoter, a mix series and a blog. The Collective also established the Sinchi Foundation, which is a non-profit that upholds the UN’s declaration on the rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) and promotes the strength and beauty of indigenous cultures.

Regarding their third release, Altered States Vol. I is a various artists compilation that shows off the label’s broad array of sounds of producers from all over the world. The track we chose to premiere, ‘Venus’, is a “moody, heavyweight cut with punky attitude and cosmic keys”, the right elements “for a real trip”, according to the label’s description.

We asked “Braulitro” to say a few words about himself and his work: "My inspiration when creating tracks with this energy comes from my influences and experience in the DJ booth, my style is defined by many as dynamic, full of funny percussions and organic sounds, like guitars and wind instruments. I have always been passionate about music, especially the alternative rock, and science fiction movies, and that is exactly what I wanted to reflect on 'Venus', the energy of my DJ sets, my taste for music and an extra-terrestrial sensation as a sci-fi film". And he successfully did it!
