Life starts, and then it ends, and then restarts again. These songs are a representation of that idea to us. The original title for the E.P. was "All Hope Lost".
It seemed every time we picked up a pen to write, or an instrument to play, it was the last damn option there was. When we set out 3 years ago to record this record; we decided we were going to take all of our influences and not make a specific genre of music. That we would instead just create music as a way to tell our story.
