This is a song about the famous North East serial killer, Mary Ann Cotton. The song has been in the pipeline for sometime and, by coincidence (genuinely), it was finished just as we'd heard that a television drama about Mary Ann Cotton was in production.

We'll Never Know (if You Would Get Away With It Today)

Corsair was an 8 month old Iowan American-Indian boy who travelled to the UK with his tribe in 1844 to learn of our culture and provide entertainment and education in return.  He was named after the ship they he was born on during their journey. Unfortunately like many of the tribe, he didn't return home having fallen ill on the journey to Dundee.  He was returned to Westgate Hill Cemetery and buried by the Quakers who had hosted the tribe on their visit to the area.   His mother later died on the journey to France and is buried in Paris.
