The flesh is ripe
and we are ready to feed
the flesh soaked in vile feces

caused by their own hand, the world became
a pot of a stew filled 
with seasoned cartilage
boil the limbs till the meat is soft
a touch will make it slither off


carving the bones clean
making a crown fit for a King
the beast will make a glorious ruler!


The lunar eclipse makes the gorging complete
the light from the rays makes it simmer with ease
of a species so intelligent
but breeds only fucking idiots
to destroy it all!

a race wired with a intelligent design by our maker
only to ruin all that is in our grasp
millenniums of development to rebuild a creature that is suppose to feel compassion
for all living beings

Undesirables - feat. Joel Dickson

We are a Melodic Deathcore band from Cape Town South Africa. a New style of metal made with a sound that will creep under your skin and make you MOSH!!!!!

With a plethora of musical tastes and backgrounds ranging from classical to blues, country to metal. The band "Subject To Slaughter" shows no limitations with their writing ability and style.

Starting in January 2014 with a solid 5 piece line up Subject To Slaughter has done nothing but to try and break away from the norm of today's boring repetitive Metalcore. With music influenced by bands such as All Shall Perish, White Chapel, The Faceless and Metallica. The band mixes the new age of metal and the old classic underground metal together seamlessly. Vocals are a mixture of Guttural and Constricted. With lyrics that have a definite social and political conscience. This Band tries their best to be real to everyone they come in contact with and be examples of their faith in music.

After playing a countless number of shows as a band called "Death Row Diaries" along side Beseech The Enemy , The impalement Theory and Enmity a new chapter in the lives of newly formed Subject To Slaughter will begin. The band will continue to play shows for anyone and everyone into the New year , while also searching for a label to possibly call home.

Subject To Slaughter has recently released their second single called "Ripened For Gorging". We managed to get some overseas airplay and an overwhelming number of plays on Soundcloud. We were privileged enough to have won the Battle for Witchfest 2016.

So be ready and gear up for the Slaughter to begin.
