Dual Canadian / Norwegian outfit Ansol are back for the second of their exclusive free download series for Dancing Astronaut. Off the heels of “On My Own” and a more recent premier of their forthcoming Mixmash single “Knock Down” alongside North American peer Ken Loi, the duo strikes back with significant force. Testing their fresh-faced take on the sound of peak time dance music once again, “Mandala” is yet another fine insight into why Ansol have looked unstoppable on the global circuit of late. Accompanied by original artwork from LA-based artists John Llamas & Jordi Conesa, round two of their studio clear out sets more positive motion towards the duos impending strike for Mixmash.

This spring, two Dutch heavyweights joined forces to release “Dynamo.” On one hand, there’s Laidback Luke‘s bouncy chords and a subtle taste of his signature bleep stylings, on the other there’s Hardwell‘s thunderous presence. Two months later, Laidback Luke brings “Dynamo” back to life on his Mixmash imprint and hands it over to some of his rising artists for remix duties.

Will Sparks injects an all new rhythm with tooting horns while Oliver Twizt returns with yet another trap mix. Ansol stretches the track’s melody but takes a gritty turn on the drop, and Sven Kirchhof offers the package’s most progressive tune. Shortly after giving away their impressive “On My Own,” ANSOL reemerges alongside Ken Loi with a preview of their upcoming collaboration. Loi, still off his August release of “The Wall,” matches talent up with ANSOL for “Knock Down,” a frenetic electro house offering that comes as a warfare of laser-laden synths. Fitting for its host imprint, Laidback Luke’s MixMash, the collaboration’s energy is brought full circle with a vocal contribution from Mina. “Knock Down” will be released on September 30th but has already started making its round across DJ sets.

In succession to his previous release,  'Top of The World', found on Afrojack's Wall label, ANSOL makes their debut on Mark Mendes' Starter label with a killer remix of Paris & Simo's 'Aztec'. Receiving much praise for their collaboration with Dyro, ANSOL maintains quality and continues to create raging baselines and brings Paris & Simos' originally deeper track to the main stages. With plays already from Afrojack himself, 'Aztec' is also currently on the DMC World BUZZ charts. So look out for this release!

Mixmash Records welcomes ANSOL, Dzeko & Torres! These four guys teamed up to make you a banger! The track is called ‘Y3AH!’ it’s is a big room track with loads and loads of energy. It has a huge build-up that climaxes into a ground-shaking drop.

Aki Nair and Sebastian Soll, professionally known as ANSOL come from two totally different places: Vancouver and Oslo. The distance between the guys didn’t stop them to make music together and the results are big!

After ANSOL’s success with ‘Top of the World’ on Afrojack’s Wall Recordings and some great other releases, the duo combined forces with the Toronto based Dzeko & Torres. These rising stars are known for remixing some of the biggest names in the industry.
