Fresh off a recent live appearance at Luminosity Beach Festival, the Serbian phenom presents "Aurora," a hypnotic and truly breathtaking progressive opus.

Kicking off with a deep-progressive rhythm, "Aurora" offers an evocative soundscape in the early going, courtesy of lush and sensual pads, as well as a variety of celestially inspired arp lines. The song's most emotionally incisive melodic element arrives shortly thereafter: an ethereal series of pitched-down vocal effects, the soulfulness of which immediately elicits the listener's vulnerability. The progression gently crescendoes, ultimately leading to a cinematic, string-backed orchestral section, which is later joined by a rousing new lead theme, featuring an array of euphonious and euphoric synths. As if birthed from the far reaches of the cosmos, the indelibly poignant theme that arrives at this moment (and continues through the drop) serves as a sort of spiritual beacon for the listener and offers a profound catharsis.

M-3ox feat. Heidrun - Beating Of My Heart (Matisse & Sadko Remix) Official Preview

I wrote this on two flights. One to the east coast from Texas and the other here to Amsterdam. I've used Ableton, Alchemy, Diva, numerous plugins for mixing etc and for editing CDP, Csound, Spear, Iris and quite a bit of RX.

Playing around with a bunch of new spectral stretching a blurring algorithms and techniques that are sure to find their way into a new version of Stutter Edit at some point.

I've never really shared things as I am working on them, but the response to this has overwhelmingly positive, so here's one that I finished last night.

What an incredible time it is that it is possible to compose over 38,000ft in the air, and have the CPU, software and materials to finish a composition like this. All not in a studio. It's something I have quite literally dreamt of for years.

Dance land has been eagerly awaiting what could possibly be the biggest tune of the year. And it sure is. Arty, Nadia Ali & BT's 'Must Be The Love' has been peaking the charts and rocking clubs and does it over and over again, with a fresh set of remixes by upcoming talents Dannic, Au5 and Shogun.
 
Well worth the wait, 'Must Be The Love' melted the beats of Russian talent Arty, the warm voice of award-winning singer Nadia Ali and the genre-busting melodies of legendary producer BT. Part of the upcoming album of the mastermind, BT has made a grand musical promise by kicking off with this one.
 
On the remix pack, he invites US based producers Shogun,Au5 and Dutchman Dannic. Shogun, who's built a steady reputation as one of the fastest rising names in trance land, gave the original a twist of deep prog-trance, riding a gentle piano break and lighting the emotional side of the beat-ballad.
 
Dannic, also known as the guy behind Funkadelic, swept it up with a remix of pure energy, prog-house power and a contagious, rough edge. Au5 made a smoothe prog-trance cross-over mix witch flows and makes its feel like pure bliss.
 
You'll fall in love with it all over again!
