In the label's words:
PhD in Post Human Dance is a slogan of Helsinki based AV collective and event series run by multidisciplinary artist Erika Shalii and CCI artist Maisa Immonen. Post Human Dance is a medium for studying future scenarios through organising events and creating  audiovisual club experiences. It's a platform with a focus on modern hybrid club music and futurist visual aesthetics with elements of interactive new media. "Wings of Ephemeridae" was compiled to finalize first 2 years of "Post Human Dance" platform's existence. 

For one short instant the personal becomes one with the individual and all-knowing Ego. But this instant is enough to show them the whole chain of causes which have been at work during their life. They see and now understand themselves as they are, unadorned by flattery or self-deception.

CRUDE Premiere: Desto - No Escape [Post Human Dance]

Céilí returns to Mála Ádh (which translates from Irish to English as ‘Bag of Luck’) with another unreserved Various Artist curation. The recent compilation ‘LUCKYBAG002’ proves to show case yet another cross-disciplinary collection fused between nine eruptive producers together
provoking a spree of hyperactive dance floor concoctions, clutching a potent sense of Variety.

The label began its course of disruptive appearances last summer gathering a mix of prompt praise with RA defining it as a ‘A maniacal energy’ and ‘a label worth keeping an eye on, with hopefully even more ádh to follow’. The opening label party in Hackney allowed both eyes and ears to witness these energies with strong helping hands from Chippynonstop, Nova Cheq,MarcelDune, Soraya, DJ Ketaflush and label head Céilí churning heads into the early hours.

Following suit from early precedents, the highly anticipated second comp recklessly binds Raw Techno, Hard Grooves, Psychedelic Infusions, Throbbing Trance and Bass Hopping adventures via 1Morning, Céilí, Buzzi, MarcelDune, PAX_X, DJ Pacifier, Terrorythmus, Valerie Ace & DJ ALI. A limited run of hand stamped Compact Disks come in mock vinyl form with a matt black finish, miniature vinyl sleeve and the classic Mála Ádh Scratch card Insert available 24/06 & Digi 22/07.

The 26th release of katharsis is the album “Tech Tree” by the Danish Berlin-based artist Dj Mantis. The album expands the habitual ambient and experimental line of katharsis releases to a more trance and body-oriented direction with eight high-tempo smashers. With sounds ranging from muffling bass and high-tech staccato synths on the first premiere track “10 Elemental Masters” to the bewildering arpeggios, distant pads and hard kicks on “Recreational Programming”, Dj Mantis has created a spectacular output to stimulate your everyday with.

An ode to failure!

Departing from the image of the genius artists, the Hit&Miss compilation wants to show the hidden parts of creation, by embracing missteps and abandonment as a natural part of any artistic journey. 

Open to all members of the Global URL Nation, it proposed a new home for projects that couldn't find a place to exist otherwise, due to artistic (self-)exigency, technical problems, bad timing or any other reason often unknown to the general public. 

With more than 20 artists from a broad range of styles, experience and locations, it gathers unfinished projects such as aborted WIP, forgotten drafts, lost files, unconvincing demos, compulsive emotional bursts or technical experimentations. 

With all its flaws and raw cuts, Hit&Miss asserts the strength of trial and error, and cherishes the impossibility to develop an idea into a finished object as a learning process towards one's growth.
