Fondé en 2018 par le DJ et producteur Déni-Shain et Thomas Vicente, Atangana Records est la suite logique de plus de vingt ans de voyages à la recherche de nouveaux artistes et musiques du monde entier. Déni agit en tant que véritable «globe-trotteur tropicaliste». 
 L'objectif est simple : partager l’amour de la musique et retrouver le plaisir d'écouter des voix, des percussions et des harmonies tristement oubliées en club ou dans l'intimité. 
Après le succès des deux premières sorties, et notamment le Fedia Laguerre – Divizion (selection compil Nova Tunes décembre 2018), Atangana reprend du service et propose une réédition de la pépite guadeloupéenne de Henry Wenceslas Thenard « Ne Dis Pas Cela » initialement paru en 1985 chez LM PRODUCTION.
Après des recherches de plusieurs mois, Déni a finalement retrouvé Henry chez Lui à Saint Anne en Guadeloupe. Un rencontre marquante, pleine d’anecdotes et d’humanité ou l’on apprend notamment que le maxi « Ne dis Pas Cela » est le single d’un album qui n’a jamais vu le jour et que la version gravée sur les vinyles à l’époque n’était pas la version finale du titre. Ce nouveau maxi que Henry considérait à l’époque comme « the new sound of guadeloupe » sera accompagné d'un remix de Mr Bird et d'une version instrumentale basée uniquement sur le travail d’additionnel production du remixeur.

Founded in 2018 by DJ and Producer Déni-Shain & Thomas Vicente, Atangana Records is the fruit of a friendship and an unlikely alliance between Déni, a true digging globe-trotter, who has spent over twenty years traveling the world in search of artists and uncovering tropical hits, and Thomas an entrepreneur, who reached beyond his career in hospitality, to make a move on his and Deni’s passion for tropical music.
« MIZIK SOLEY SA BON » is the first volume of a tribute to the great Guadeloupean producer Henri Debs by Atangana Records & Henri Debs & Fils.
It is the result of a meeting which led us to listening to over 1400 hours of music, exploring the discographie of a visionary  inside his very own mythical studios.
Digging and putting together these 4 titles, the Atangana team really wanted to put the focus on the work of the producer. Producing a disque is always a rich human experience, Henri started his carrier as a perfume street seller  (poster of the maxi) during the week and doing gigs with his friends the week-end, he understood this right at the time.
The goal of this collaboration is to restore and re-edit the rare titles of Debs releases. In order to carry out this 3-year project, Atangana will be settling down at Henri Debs & Fils in Pointe à Pitre in September
