This is a patch i made in Absynth 5 of Beethoven's String Quartet No. 15 3rd Movement. There was no overdubbing. This was all done using Absynth's envelopes. I held down a middle c note for over 3 minutes and recorded the output of the patch using Absynth's record feature.You can download the original patch at the Ni website Absynth user library.

Turning a 1898 Wax Cylinder recording of a death wail into wild bird sounds. The first 15 seconds is the original death wail followed by the processed sounds. All processing was done in NI Absynth.
