A songwriting & production team consisting of Anthony Nisbet and Santese Lamar. Compositions include, but not limited to: pop, hip-hop, R&B, electronic/dance, rock, metalcore, etc. 

As two producers from completely different musical backgrounds, Fox & Lamar had met in 2009 while attending the University of California: Santa Cruz after an open mic night held on their college campus. Performing for roommates for fun in their building's stairwell, Fox & Lamar would combine acoustic with hip hop lyrics creating a pop/hip-hop feel that led to the creation of the duo group: The Av8rs. Their first single "Perfect Girl" was the start of a production streak that combined pop, hip-hop, electronic, soul etc that created recognition among the UC campus. 

The weekend of May 8th, 2010, The Av8rs headlined their first show at The Catalyst Club in Santa Cruz, CA then at Chapman University with TeamBackPack featuring Mike Jones as the headliner. Their first album titled "The Aviators" was released on May 6th to kick-off a year of touring. They have shared the stage with artists like:

TeamBackPack, Mike Jones, TY$, Bobby Brackins, the Starting Six, YG, Old Harbour Bay, The Bay-Sicz, Foolish Ways, Symba, Virtual Boy, Upperclassmen Michael Figueroa, and more!

After graduating from UC Santa Cruz, Fox & Lamar decided to change their group name from The Av8rs to simply "Fox & Lamar" and started a music production/sound editing company under "Fox & Lamar Productions" in 2013.
